SWAFE Wellness P9 & P13 comes with 5 Years warranty on all parts / Ten (10) years warranty on labor.
The warranty is valid when all regular maintenance routines are followed. The following routine maintenance procedures will help keep your Ionizer running at the optimal performance level:
- Internal filters must be changed annually.
- Citric acid cleaning filter must be used once per year.
Following these easy steps ensures optimal performance and guarantees your 5 Years warranty (on units that have them).
The warranty covering parts and labor does not apply to failure resulting from unauthorized modification; improper use; operation outside of specifications; abuse, negligence*, accident, loss or damage in transit; improper installation; or unauthorized maintenance or repair. Items that are sent in for repair that have not been assigned an RMA number will not be accepted.

Our technicians custom make each unit to your specifications at the time of the order and install the proper electrolysis chamber and add options like UV Light Technology and the Energy Frequency Technology. They also perform a full water report and then custom design your filtration system for optimum water quality. Because of the fact that units are custom built, your sale is considered to be at the time the order is placed and we provide you with a generous return policy starting at this point in time. If at any time within the first 30 days of your purchase you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, minus a 20% return fee. The unit must be returned in an as-new condition and in its original packing. "As-new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs, etc. The original shipping charges will be deducted and return shipping charges prepaid by the purchaser.
- No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
- All wholesale purchases, units obtained through financing or lease plans, sale prices, specials or any price less than normal retail are considered a final sale. Any unit purchased at less than retail or in quantity discount prices are considered wholesale.
- All filters, bottles, pumps, and accessories are non-refundable for your health and safety.

*Negligence includes, but is not limited to: leaving too close to flames; dropping unit; leaving outdoors in extreme heat or cold; and other negligence that damages the unit.
